There is no doubt that there are many benefits of having an ordered household. Order gives us structure, makes us feel calm, and can even increase productivity.
Mess and clutter can generate anxiety or bad moods. Sometimes you might not be able to identify what is causing it. Even if you’re not someone who typically like order, introducing small habits into your daily routine can make your life easier. Without you realizing it, these habits will become normal. Creating order from chaos with routines
1. Make the bed
