  4. However, its function is not only for sleeping. This is because you carry out other activities in the bedroom such as reading, studying, watching movies, etc. In this case, there’s no doubt that an air conditioner in the bedroom is useful.

You can catch a cold simply by being exposed to cold air during the night, taking into account that your body temperature drops. In this sense, it’d be better to cool the house naturally.

Finally, we must also point out the high cost of using an air conditioner in the bedroom. Although the best brands offer energy-efficient products, if you have it on all the time, your electric bill will skyrocket.
